Hand-dyed Yarn Disclaimer
All yarn is individually dyed and due to the nature of speckling (and my tendency to go crazy with the fan brush!), skeins may vary, please keep this in mind when ordering. The skein you see on the screen may look different to the one you receive in the mail; however, I do my best to keep consistency throughout all dye lots. For larger projects, work alternating skeins every few rows to keep level of consistency high.
All orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days from purchase date. Any shipping charge overages in excess of $1.50 will be reimbursed.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will do our best to fix this situation. Items returned within 2 weeks in original skein-form are eligible for a refund. Caked yarns are not refundable. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs as all shipping charges are non-refundable. Unfortunately, international sales are final.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept custom orders at this time.
We do offer wholesale services. Please contact me for further information, availability, and pricing/policies at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject title "Wholesale Enquiry (shop name)" so that I can locate your message as quickly as possible.
To request yarn support for your knitted or crocheted design, please send an email to email@example.com with a proposal that includes the following:
• A description of the design, including sketches.
• Yarn base, quantity, and colorway.
• Timeframe for releasing official pattern (including test knit timeframe).
• Links or photos of previous designs, as well as Raverly username (if applicable).
• Name and address for shipping.
WBFC will review and contact designers within 2 weeks of receiving proposal. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with a shipment date.
